To Start a Remote Programming Session

If you have a monitoring sta-

tion hookup, your installer may

be able to program your secu-

rity system through the tele-

phone line. It is not necessary

for a technician to come to your

home or business to make

changes to your system.

At your installer's prompting,

you can initiate a remote pro-

gramming session by following

the directions to the right.

To Start A Remote

Programming Session:

1. Press and hold the

[walk test] key for 2 seconds

until you hear two beeps.

Enter the master user code.

2. Press the

key three

times until you see the fol-

lowing pattern of lit zone

LEDs:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

3. Press the key.

The remote programming

session begins. Normally, a

remote programming session

takes just a few minutes.
